Building now · updated September 2026
Here's where my AI product work stands today.
AI Product Management course
A 12-week AI PM programme. Due to finish 20 October 2026. The goal is a real project to show, not a certificate.
A first AI project, built in public
The project the course produces will be written up here as a full case study: problem, decisions, and what it actually did. Until then, this space stays honestly empty.
Product economics
My commercial work so far has been on the cost side: removing over £6M of recurring spend and restructuring how vendors are paid. Market sizing, pricing and unit economics are where I'm building depth now.
What I bring to it already
The method behind good automation and AI tooling is one I've used for years: watch the real work, find the repeating structure, separate what varies from what doesn't, and automate the part that doesn't. The Macro is the clearest example: scripts went from 20–25 minutes each to under 5, with transcription errors removed.
I use Microsoft 365 Copilot at work for meeting notes and email. That's using the tools, not building them, and I don't present it as more.
Building with AI tools, hands-on
This website is one example: I designed and built it myself, using Claude Code to handle the Astro build, the SEO work and the deployment. Two more are in progress:
- A contract and document validator. A tool to help review and check documents for issues before they go out.
- A kids' progress tracker. Tracks a child's skills and course completion against the UK Year 2 curriculum.
